Four big-picture trends to help us learn, develop and succeed in 2023:

We as learners will be laser-focused on value. In lean times especially, we need value-centered learning and development experiences.

We as learners will want "phygital" experiences, where virtual technology and in-room reality coexist. The convergence of digital and physical experiences create sustainability and excitement.

We as learners will keep demanding social responsibility. Learning and development initiatives should take a stand on social issues: diversity and inclusion, climate change and sustainability, fair employee policies, values-first mindset.

We as learners will see learning and development focus as a reason to stay, or to quit, in today’s ultra-competitive labor market.
